The Guest Mobility Ticket is issued exclusively by your accommodation provider during check-in. The ticket is provided digitally or in paper form by the accommodation provider. For sustainability reasons, the digital version is preferable.
The ticket is valid for the entire duration of your stay and does not need to be reactivated daily.
The Guest Mobility Ticket is financed through a mobility surcharge of €0.50 per person per night, which is added to the overnight tax.
