Salzburg Verkehr-tickets can be purchased at ticket vending machines located at train stations within the Salzburg Verkehr-area (excluding Salzburger Lokalbahn and Pinzgauer Lokalbahn as tickets are being directly sold by the friendly train staff). Core zone tickets can be purchased in over 90 newsstands or tobacconist’s and on the following ticket vending machines in the town of Salzburg. A list of newsstands and tobacconists is available here.
