Operating Hours
The EFA Shuttle operates at the following times:
Daily from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (including sundays and public holidays).
Fares
The standard fare for travelling within one zone is €2.60. If you travel through several zones, the price increases accordingly.
The ticket can be purchased directly on the bus. Payment is made directly to the driver after the journey.
The KlimaTicket Salzburg (CLASSIC, CLASSIC PLUS, SENIOR | EDELWEISS, U26, SPEZIAL, SEMESTER), the KlimaTicket Austria as well as the SUPER s’COOL-CARD and the myRegio FerienCARD are recognized on the Pinzgau-Ost Shuttle. Other tickets from Salzburg Verkehr such as the weekly, daily and one-way tickets and the Guest Mobility Ticket are also valid.
In addition, the EFA shuttle can be used for 1€ with the BürgerCARD (only valid from May 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026).
Booking
With the Salzburg Verkehr Shuttle app you can book your journey quickly and easily at any time. The app is available to download from the App Store or the Google Play-Store.

Route & stops
The EFA Shuttle supplements the existing route network with two vehicles on an on-demand basis and serves various stops in Eben and parts of Flachau (with the exception of Flachauwinkel) and Altenmarkt in Pongau, which are within easy walking distance. It also serves the train station in Radstadt. This has provided a connection to public transport where there was previously none.
Service Area
The service area of the EFA Shuttles covers large parts of the districts of Eben, Flachau and Altenmarkt in Pongau. Each shuttle stop is marked by a clearly visible sign with the name of the stop and a unique number.
