Operating Hours

The Goldegg shuttle is here for you at the following times:

Monday to Friday: 8.10 am – 11.10 am and 2.15 pm – 7.00 pm*
Saturday:
8.30 am – 4.30 pm
Sunday and public holidays:
11.00 am – 3.00 pm

*During the holidays the shuttle always runs on Monday – Friday from 5.30 am to 7.00 pm. Holidays in the federal state of Salzburg: 23.12.2024 to 06.01.2025, 10.02 to 16.02, 12.04 to 21.04, 05.07 to 07.09, 24.09 and 26.10 to 02.11.2025 (subject to changes by the education authority).

Fares

The Salzburg Climate Ticket (CLASSIC, CLASSIC PLUS, SENIOR | EDELWEIß, U26, SPECIAL, SEMESTER), the Austria Climate Ticket and the SUPER s’COOL-CARD as well as the myRegio Holiday CARD are accepted on Goldegg shuttle. Other SVV tickets, such as weekly, daily or single tickets, allow you to travel for free.

You can also buy a ticket directly on the bus. After the journey, payment is made directly to the driver or online in the Salzburg Verkehr Shuttle app. The standard price for a journey on the within one zone is 2.40 or 3.30 euros (2.50 or 3.40 euros from 01.01.2025), the same as a SVV ticket for one or two zones.

With the Salzburg Verkehr Shuttle app you can book your journey quickly and easily at any time. The app is available to download from the App Store or the Google Play-Store.

Or you can book very easily by telephone on +43 (0)662 265500. The Goldegg shuttle is available to book by telephone only at the following times:

MON – SUN from 6.00 am to 9.00 pm

Booking in the Salzburg Verkehr shuttle app is possible at any time with no restrictions.

Route & stops

In the on-demand provision, the Goldegg shuttle complements the existing route network with two minibuses, and it runs to all stops within easy walking distance in the district of Goldegg, as well a to the railway station in Schwarzach.

Service Area

The service area of the Goldegg shuttles covers large parts of the district of Goldegg and Schwarzach – St Veit railway station. Journeys can currently be booked from 22 different Goldegg shuttle stops. All Goldegg shuttle stops are marked with a sign, which means they are easy to see. Each Goldegg shuttle stop is provided with a clear name and number.
