Operating Hours

The Goldegg shuttle operates at the following times:

Monday – Friday: 8.10 am – 11.10 am and 2.15 pm – 7.00 pm*
Saturday:
8.30 am – 4.30 pm
Sunday and public holidays:
11.00 am – 3.00 pm

*During the holidays the shuttle always runs on Monday – Friday from 5.30 am to 7.00 pm. Holidays in the federal state of Salzburg: 05.07. to 07.09., 24.09., 27. to 31.10. and 24.12.2025 to 06.01.2026 (subject to changes by the education authority).

Fares

The standard fare for travelling within one zone is €2.50. If you travel through several zones, the price increases accordingly.

The ticket can be purchased directly on the bus. Payment is made directly to the driver after the journey.

The KlimaTicket Salzburg (CLASSIC, CLASSIC PLUS, SENIOR | EDELWEISS, U26, SPEZIAL, SEMESTER), the KlimaTicket Austria as well as the SUPER s’COOL-CARD and the myRegio FerienCARD are recognized on the Goldegg Shuttle. Other tickets from Salzburg Verkehr such as the weekly, daily and one-way tickets are also valid.

With the Salzburg Verkehr Shuttle app you can book your journey quickly and easily at any time. The app is available to download from the App Store or the Google Play-Store.

Alternatively you can book by telephone on +43 (0)662 265500 at the following times: Monday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Route & stops

In the on-demand provision, the Goldegg shuttle complements the existing route network with two minibuses, and it runs to all stops within easy walking distance in the district of Goldegg, as well a to the railway station in Schwarzach.

Service Area

The service area of the Goldegg shuttles covers large parts of the district of Goldegg and Schwarzach-St Veit railway station. Each shuttle stop is marked by a clearly visible sign with the name of the stop and a unique number.
