What information must be provided when booking?
The required information includes: start and destination, desired departure time, and number of people. In addition, you can buy a wheelchair ticket for a barrier-free journey. Ideally, the start and destination stop (name of number) will be stated. You can equally state the start and destination address. In this case, information about the walk to the stop will also be provided.
How old must I be, in order to travel unaccompanied on the Loigom-Soifen shuttle?
Children under the age of 6 can travel only when accompanied (by someone no younger than 14).
Note: By law, a child seat is not required in a taxi, but it is recommended. It is recommended to bring your own appropriate seat or an appropriate booster seat.
When can I book the Loigom-Soifen shuttle?

Public transport customers can travel for free: The Salzburg Climate Ticket (CLASSIC, CLASSIC PLUS, SENIOR | EDELWEIß, U26, SPECIAL, SEMESTER), the Austria Climate Ticket and the (SUPER) s’COOL-CARD as well as the myRegio Holiday CARD are accepted on Loigom-Soifen shuttles. Other SVV tickets, such as weekly or route tickets and the CITY BUS annual ticket, allow you to travel for free. You can also buy a ticket directly on the bus. After the journey, payment is made directly to the driver or online in the Salzburg Verkehr Shuttle app. The standard price for a journey on the Loigom-Soifen shuttle is 2.40 or 4.80 euros, the same as a SVV ticket for one or two zones.

Journeys can be made only during operating hours. The first journey is arranged in consideration of the arrival time at the respective departure stop.

Detours & Pooling
The Loigom-Soifen shuttle in Leogang automatically pools journey requests. Under certain circumstances (similar routes and journey times), individual journeys are pooled into communal journeys. This may result in a slight detour in some cases.
Fleet
All journeys are provided by a regional taxi company. The vehicles are branded in the Salzburger Verkehrsverbund and Postbus layout, and they are therefore easily recognisable. The vehicles used are exclusively 8-seater, electric minibuses.

Journeys can be cancelled free of charge in the Salzburg Verkehr Shuttle app and by telephone up to 30 minutes before departure.
